Do I need yoga experience to attend?

No experience is needed. Our classes are beginner friendly and designed to feel relaxed and accessible for all levels.
How does it work ?

Each class is 60 minutes, loosely split into three parts: a puppy free yoga flow, a fun transition as puppies are introduced and relaxed puppy play time at the end.
Are the puppies safe and cared for?

Yes. Puppy wellbeing is always our priority. All puppies meet our welfare requirements, including appropriate health checks, and sessions are closely supervised in a calm environment.
How often are classes released?

Classes are released in limited drops on selected dates and can change venues. Availability is limited, so we recommend joining our mailing list for early access or follow us on Instagram for the latest updates.
Where are the classes held?

All classes will be held in Southampton. The venue may change from class to class, we will email the exact location to participants after tickets are purchased.
At Pup and Pose we do not buy, sell or re-home any of the puppies that are at our events. If you are interested in becoming a dog owner, we can put you in touch with the puppies owner/breeder.
Can I adopt one of the puppies?

Do I need to bring a yoga mat ?

No, we provide all yoga mats and we ensure all mats are disinfected and cleaned in between classes.
Are there any age restrictions to attend ?
Yes , Participants must be over 18 years old. We have kept this as an adult only event for added peace of mind for the safety and handling of our small animals.
